    What is it?

    Combustion modified high resilience flexible foam is a flame retardant flexible PU water blown moulded MDI foam formulated for transit and furniture foams components.

    Where is it commonly used?

    Mass transit, bus, coach, taxi, minibus seating foams, front seat cushion and back, rear seat cushion and back, centre consoles, headrests, armrests etc.. for transport seating. Domestic and commercial moulded furniture foams.

    What are its advantages?

    A high reliance flexible foam that complies to Crib 3 or Crib 5 flammability with a wide hardness and density range and good physical properties. Mouldings can be dual hardness with complex geometries.

    Integral Skin


    What is it?

    Otherwise known as self-skinning foam gives you a component with a tough, flexible skin that is moulded over a softer foam core, this type of polyurethane foam moulding is ideal for many applications including grab handles, armrests, headrests, seats etc. Integral Skin Polyurethane moulded foam has a moulded, flexible, tear-resistant outer skin. This skin is formed during the moulding process and protects a microcellular foam core with a predefined hardness. Our Integral Skin parts are only available in black and have matching pigment and mould painting to ensure parts are the same colour throughout. The mould tooling can also be grained with various patterns to give texturing, logos or graphics on the skin surface.

    Where is it commonly used?

    Armrests and occasional seating, grab handles, headrests, armrests, seating, bumpers.

    What are its advantages?

    A splash-resistant, wipeable, self-finished PU foam component with a softer centre core and a skinned surface that is UV stable. texture/graining can also be included in the tooling.

    Graphite Flexible Foam


    What is it?

    Graphite foam is a moulded fire retardant foam for Rail and Aerospace moulded seating projects that need to meet high flammability requirements.

    Where is it commonly used?

    Moulded Rail and Aircraft seating foams.

    What are its advantages?

    Fire retardant moulded foam Ideal for projects that need to meet tough fire safety standards such as in the passenger transport markets especially train seat and aerospace seat foam moulding projects.
